After a three-year hiatus, Karnival Rumah Malaysia (KRM) 2023 made a spectacular comeback, captivating property enthusiasts with its diverse range of offerings. The event, held at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) from December 1-3, 2023, boasted the tagline "Promosi Istimewa Untuk Bumiputera," emphasising exclusive promotions for Bumiputera buyers.
The venue, specifically Kinabatangan Hall 3, buzzed with excitement from 10 AM to 9 PM daily. With a total of 6,485 visitors, including 90% newcomers to our market database, KRM 2023 successfully rekindled the property carnival spirit.

One of the highlights of the event was the unique focus on Bumiputera properties, showcasing a wide array of options starting from RM340,000 and featuring Bumi Lots. Maybank and AKPK also played a crucial role by offering valuable insights through consultations, enriching the overall experience for attendees.
To add a touch of glamour and entertainment, special guests Dato Seri Vida, Sakinah Vs Ondu, and Loy Bikin Panas graced the occasion, elevating the carnival atmosphere. Their presence not only attracted crowds but also added a vibrant energy to the event.

To sweeten the deal, a Buy & Win giveaway was organised, offering a grand prize of a motorcycle for those who booked a property during the event.
KRM 2023 offered a vibrant canvas for creativity and engagement with a children’s colouring contest. Sponsored by Nippon Paint and co-organized by My Art Studio, the colouring contest turned the event into a burst of colours, inviting children of participants to showcase their artistic prowess. Sazarice and JCI Luyang joined forces to create a massive crowd-puller with a giveaway game, distributing 1,500 packs of 1kg Sazarice and 3,500 pieces of Sazarice Cutlery, adding an element of surprise and delight for attendees.
