Knight Frank Malaysia Property Management (KFPM) is proud to announce that they have reached the milestone of managing over 100 buildings to-date. In a jubilant celebration held at Knight Frank Malaysia’s HQ during the Building Managers Workshop on October 17th, the company celebrated this remarkable achievement alongside their esteemed building managers. The event served as a testament to their collective success and dedication. Starting with 1 building in 2006, the company has grown to have more than 100 buildings under management with more than 500 employees full-time dedicated to property and facilities management to-date.
KFPM’s portfolio currently exceeds a total of 45 million sq. ft. of various asset class. As of 2023, the company is managing 13 million sq. ft of high-rise office buildings, 35 strata management buildings, 6 million sq. ft. of retail malls, and 6.3 million sq. ft. under facilities management. Knight Frank would like to give a big shoutout to their Property Management team, including the building and property managers, as well as all members of the dedicated HQ and site support teams.
