A big congratulations to the Director of Alpha Land Development, IR Edwin Fong, for being awarded the 2022 Top 'Inspiring Entrepreneur of Construction and Development' by SEBA (SME and Entrepreneurs Business Awards) 2022. 

Originally from Miri, Sarawak, Fong has multiple developments across East Malaysia, mainly based now in Kota Kinabalu. 

Alpha Land’s first project in the state capital was a low-density residential township, Riviera Villas. The project sold out before completion. The developer also has two other on-going projects in Kota Kinabalu, namely i-Park Light Warehouses and 313 Suites.

SEBA is an annual initiative organised by Yayasan Usahawan Malaysia, and curated by Xhale Asia (M) Sdn Bhd. It is an impartial, independent and objective business recognition.

Themed RISE TO THE FUTURE, SEBA, for the first time, partnered with Maxis to present the Maxis Awards, which aim at identifying outstanding entrepreneurial initiatives that bring positive and sustainable impact to the local communities.

This year the gala dinner and award ceremony was held on 8th December 2022 at Shangri-La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur where a total of 55 prestigious awards, consisting of the SME and entrepreneur categories, were presented.
