Shellstown Development Sdn Bhd has appointed marketing firm, Property Hunter and sales agent, Bornion Realty in preparation for the launching of the upcoming housing development in Tuaran. The affordable project, set in a strategic location is targeted to be launched in March 2021 with attractive promotions and amenities.
Director of Shellstown Development, Mr Eskay Wong, says the project, which is pending for final stage of APDL approval, will offer home seekers a chance to own a quality home at a low-entry price. He said, “With a mission to provide current homebuyers an opportunity to own a home of their dream during these challenging times, this has inspired us to continue build quality homes that will not burden their financial responsibility, especially those seeking for a landed property.”
“Our collaboration with Bornion Realty and Property Hunter is timely as both parties are the best in their fields. We are excited to roll out the marketing campaign soon, led by Property Hunter. On the other hand, our buyers will have a peace of mind as they will be served by the professional and dynamic team at Bornion Realty.” Mr Wong added.
The director of Property Hunter, Mr Victor Yong sees the potential in landed properties further away from the congested city centre as people are spending more time at home as a result of the pandemic outbreak.
In anticipation of the launching of the project, Mr Yong said “We are very excited to be working with Shellstown Development on their maiden project here in Tuaran, together with Bornion Realty. Tuaran is an interesting satellite township and is certainly improving on its livability scale. With the completion of new highways in the coming years, connectivity will be greatly improved.”
“The pandemic has seen many people moving from high-density apartments into landed houses, we feel this is the right product for this season in time. We will be launching a range of digital campaign to educate public about the conveniences around Tuaran, as well as a series of roadshows when movement restrictions are lifted.” Yong added.
The team leader of 30 experienced Real Estate Negotiators at Bornion Realty, Mr Lee Jia Wei, sees a bright future for those involved in the project. He said “We could see a strong take-up rate for these single-storey houses but there is a need for a great sales and marketing agencies to facilitate it. By working together with Property Hunter, we believe that the project will attract strong interest from the market and there is a positive outlook for the year ahead.”
