East Malaysia’s leading property media network, Property Hunter has officially begun preparation for their annual flagship exhibition, PH Expo 2020 at their launching event today at the Grandis Hotel here in Kota Kinabalu. Property Hunter invited developers of Sabah to attend this event and successfully booked 60% of the exhibition booths.

PH Expo is Property Hunter’s largest annual exhibition and the next upcoming event will take place on the 17th - 19th April 2020 at the Sabah Trade Centre in Likas, just a short 5-minute drive away from the city centre. PH Expo 2020 aims to bring together potential buyers and real estate players, showcasing 70 - 90 projects from Sabah, Peninsular Malaysia and overseas.

Last year, PH Expo 2019 was a great achievement for the industry with 4220 visitors, 128 units sold and RM67 Million made. For 2020, Property Hunter aims to double these achievements. To reach these goals, there are new and exciting initiatives taking place at the 2020 event to ensure success.

Specialised Pavilions
In order to streamline your time at the exhibition, PH Expo 2020 will be organised into separated specialised hubs to get the full experience under one roof. Each pavilion will feature specific products such as a Home Tech Corner showcasing the newest top technology products, a Sarawak Pavilion for the newest launches in Sarawak, an Investment Pavilion on all things investment and more!

Property Clinic
This area will be offering buyer solutions for all areas of the industry such as help with mortgage loans, tax consultation, legal services, interior design and Airbnb services.

Property Seminar
Throughout the 3-day event, visitors will have the opportunity to get the inside scoop on major real estate topics through talk sessions by the top real estate players in the industry.
