Legacy Group Celebrates the Launching of Their Latest Tuaran Projects at Hari Raya Open House

Despite it's young age, developer Legacy Group has already undertaken 6 landed residential projects in Tuaran since it's formation in 2014. Their projects comprise of 600 landed housing units and are expected to bring in more than 2000 residents into the Tuaran area of Kota Kinabalu.

The group hosted a Hari Raya open house on Saturday to celebrate the launching of their Taman Aussie Ria which features 193 units of quality single-storey terrace houses that combine spacious comfort with modern country designs, starting at just RM298,000. All spacious houses of 1400 square foot come with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

It has received tremendous accreditation and responses from first time home buyers due to it's incredibly affordable price and outstanding design tailored for comfortable family living. There are two phases to be completed by the year 2021. Phase 1 is sold out and there are now only 22 units left for sale.

Legacy believes in the potential of Tuaran and has watched it blossom over the past few years. Many residents are moving out to Tuaran from central Kota Kinabalu and further towns such as Kota Belud, Kota Marudu, Kudat, Tamparuli and Ranau. Tourism infrastructure and landmarks are also starting to sprout in the area such as the world-renowned Alila resort coming up next to the existing 5 star Rasa Ria resort.

With it's booming residential and tourism industry and increasing population, Legacy has realized the urgent need for more commercial amenities to serve the new residents of Tuaran. Therefore at the open house this Saturday, Legacy also celebrated the launching of their flagship commercial project, Plaza Legacy. It is a 53 unit double-storey shop lot commercial centre, strategically located along Jalan Sulaman, the main highway in Tuaran, linking Kota Kinabalu to further townships such as Kota Belud and Kota Marudu.

Plaza Legacy will be the only commercial centre within 10 kilometer radius serving a few thousand units of existing and upcoming residential housing activity. Additionally, it is also surrounded by existing and upcoming tourist destinations such as 5 star Rasa Ria Resort, Bajau Sama Cultural Centre, Sabandar Leisure Rides, Cowboy Town and other beach developments.

Legacy group has expanded aggressively over the past five years and looks forward to launching their first high rise condominium in Dongongon next year.

Also present at the events Mr James Ha, chairman of the federation of Malaysian Manufacturers, Datuk George Lim, Vice President of the Malaysia Entrepreneurs' Development Association and children and teachers from Hope Village Tuaran.
