In a move to broaden their hospitality portfolio, Tune and ECM Libra have recently acquired a 50% stake in Malaysian home-sharing platform, SubHome.

SubHome manages and markets a portfolio of home rentals and offers complete hotel-like services to vacation and business travellers who are looking for alternative, value-for-money lodging.

An event was held to announce this merger and launch of a new range of suites on 25 September. Co-founder of Tune Group, Tan Sri Tony Fernandes, ECM Libra Chairman Dato' Seri Kalimullah Hassan, ECM Libra Group Managing Director Lim Kian Onn, CEO of Tune Hotels, Mark Lankester and Co-founder and CEO of SubHome, Sandeep S Grewal were all in attendance to commemorate the event.
