Hap Seng Properties has appointed Property Hub as its sole marketing partner ahead of the completion of its Kingfisher Inanam Condominium.

Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad's regional director, John Tan said the partnership will create an awareness on the brand's commitment of delivering quality products and to further boost the public's encouragement towards the project.

"We're really excited with this project and I think it's safe to say this is one of our most prestigious projects in Sabah. The construction is progressing well and we have also recently launched our lift lobby" he said during a press conference at the Kingfisher Inanam sales gallery.

John added that the first block and podium facilities - which includes an infinity pool, jogging track, gym, amongst others, will be completed by October 2019.

The condominium is designed to be handicap and senior citizen friendly, allowing easy wheelchair access from the car park to the podium.

Property Hub director, Enoch Khoo encouraged prospective buyers and investors to take advantage of the current promotional packages as the pricing package is expected to be revised in September.

"Our staff are investing in Kingfisher Inanam and I think this is a strong testimony for the project as generally property agents are hard to please and convinced but we put our whole trust on this project" said Enoch.

John further explained that with the unsettling and unpredictable economic situation, the best bet is to invest in the property sector, for better appreciation and capital gain.
