Property Hunter organized its first ever Karnival Rumah Malaysia (KRM) on the 7th & 8th of July at Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. The event was designed to assist first time home buyers, small or growing families and low-income groups by drawing a connection between them and developers with affordable projects. As the leading property web portal in East Malaysia, Property Hunter keeps the buyers and investors updated on the availability of the latest properties in the market by providing all the necessary information online on its web portal.

Property Hunter invited several well-known developers to showcase their projects to the guests, allowing them the to choose from a variety of properties. Developers such as SBC Corporation (Jesseltin Quay), Titijaya Land (The Shore), Bright Eclipse Sdn Bhd (The Aru), Hatten Properties (Harbour City) and Landmark Property (Puncak Gloxinia) were involved in the carnival, showcasing units under the price of RM555,000. Visitors had the opportunity to come over and chat with these developers inquiring about their projects before advancing to settle on a deal.

There were a variety of fun activities including the Spin & Win, Bouncy Castle, non-competitive colouring sessions and a Treasure Hunt for the visitors and their children to enjoy. These activities were complementary, all the visitors needed to do was register for free to take part in all the activities the team at Property Hunter had arranged. Although the colouring session was not a contest, special prizes were awarded to 2 lucky winners, both chosen at random. Visitors were surely pleased with the Spin & Win and the Treasure Hunt as most of them managed to go home with a gift, either a notebook, pen, MOMAwater (300ml), One Stop Superstore or Borenos vouchers and candy bag.

Overall, the carnival was a success due to the hard-work and efforts from both the developers and the team at Property Hunter put into setting it up, especially with the help of our sponsors Grab, Momawater Sdn Bhd, One Stop Superstore and Borenos Sdn Bhd. Visitors that cooperated during the event definitely enjoyed a productive weekend at the carnival.
