Plane in the City Dining Experience to Attract Locals

Taking a flight does not have to mean cramming into a tight space and eating a pre-packed meal. That's the promise by Plane In The City, the same people who promote Dinner in the Sky Malaysia last year.

Plane In the City will be introduced in Kuala Lumpur next month. It is a 90-minute experience revolving around an actual Boeing 737 aircraft, during when its ‘passengers' will get a chance-of-a-lifetime to do things such as taking a ‘selfie' while sticking their heads out of the cockpit, walking on the wings of the aircraft, enjoying a fine-dining meal serenaded by today's popular hits and many more.

The location is at SKYLAND at Jalan Bukit Bintang. The experience will cost RM199 for economy class, and RM399 for a first-class experience.

In a statement on Saturday, 23 March, TwoSpicy Entertainment Live, said the programme will be the first of its kind in Malaysia. Each ‘flight' will seat 20 people. The meal is 3 or 4 courses depending on the type of package. It will be prepared by Le Meridien Kuala Lumpur, a well-known five-star hotel.
