Hap Seng Attracts Buyers With Lucrative Year End Carnival Deal

Speaking at a press conference this afternoon (23 October), Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing (Sabah), Caroline Yong, introduced Hap Seng's Final "Year End Carnival” promotion which will commence in Kota Kinabalu on 11 and 12 November until 31st December.

For the next 3 months leading up to the end of the year, for purchasers who buys any unit of Kingfisher Inanam will receive it as a fully furnished unit. The Hap Seng Properties Development Group will furnish all 3 bedrooms, living room and dining room. Currently, Hap Seng is offering a low-down payment sales package with FREE SPA Legal Fees, FREE Loan Legal Fees and FREE Loan Disbursement Fees. With a RM1,000 booking deposit, purchasers will be able to secure their preferred unit and stand a chance to win a brand-new Mercedes Benz CLA 200.

The Group will continue their Year End Carnival to Tawau, Sandakan and Lahad Datu, promoting the same homeownership package.

The Year End Carnival is held in conjunction with Hap Seng Automotive. Visitors can expect to see second-hand/used Mercedes Benz on displayed during the event.

The Group will also be launching the next Fairie Series in their Bandar Sri Indah site. Caroline also took the opportunity to share that the Group is expecting to receive their OC for their Kingfisher Putatan development in November 2017 with its completion schedule reaching an all-time high of 27 months ahead of time.

We are likely to launch Kingfisher Putatan Phase 2 by the end of the year”, she said before adding that the development will be built in 3 blocks; a 15-storey and x2 18-storeys condominium with a beautiful sea view.
