Cycling Tour of the City's Hotspots

When it comes to choosing a home, "Location, location, location!” is one of the most important aspects to consider. A visionary township with a mixed-use development of 7 residential phases and 6 commercial phases, IJM Land Pantai Sentral Park embraces this vital requisite - and has many more to offer.

Focusing on core values "People, Planet & Priority”, the property developer organised Pantai Sentral Park Fun Ride. The fun ride saw 20 enthusiastic cyclists spending their Saturday morning cycling through various points of interest across Kuala Lumpur.

The convoy, consisting of passionate riders from different walks of life, gathered at Ampang LRT Station, all ready to embark on a fun cycling ride. The adventurous riders, dressed in cycling gear and IJM Land Pantai Sentral Park t-shirts, cycled to KLCC, home of the Petronas Twin Towers, before heading to Dataran Merdeka, a popular spot for tourists and local alike. From the famous landmark, their continued their ride to NU Sentral, next to KL Sentral, the transportation hub of the capital city, before heading to the bustling Bangsar, and famous Midvalley. The riders then made their way to Bangsar South before ending their ride at Pantai Sentral Park's ICE Gallery, where they took photos to mark the enjoyable Fun Ride.

Located close to the residential and commercial points passed by the cyclists on their Fun Ride, Pantai Sentral Park gives residents a chance to experience and enjoy a nature inspired lifestyle, combined with modern day facilities. Built at the edge of the 200-acre forest in Bukit Kerinchi, the township will soon be a seamless integration of residential, commercial and recreational touch-points, once completed in the next 10 to 15 years, and become home to some 15,000 residents.

Kuala Lumpur's One and Only Urban Forest City is also situated in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's New Golden Triangle and is the midpoint to KL Sentral, MidValley City, Bangsar and Petaling Jaya. The 58-acre development lies at the doorstep of the up-and-coming MSC Malaysia Cybercentre at Bangsar South and is easily accessible to education centres like Universiti Malaya and Sri Dasmesh International School and shopping centres like Mid Valley Megamall. It is also well-connected to public transportation networks like the LRT, and KTM lines.

With the Pantai Sentral Park interchange scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2018, Pantai Sentral Park will be closer to commercial, retail and residential enclaves of Petaling Jaya, Kuala Lumpur, Bangsar and Mid Valley City. After completion of the 2.8 km interchange, the joint-venture between IJM Land Berhad and Amona Development Sdn Bhd will give commuters the opportunity to have more direct access points to and from NPE.

"Once completed, future residents will be able to live, play and work at Pantai Sentral Park. We aim to provide them with pedestrian friendly facilities and streetscapes to promote easy access and movement around the township. Residents who work at the commercial areas will be able to walk or cycle to work amidst green boulevards and enjoy quality time with their family at linear parks and landscaped gardens" said Grace Foo, Sales & Marketing Manager of Pantai Sentral Park.
