Union Suites, Delivering on Size and Value With a Punch

There was a good crowd at the weekend launch of Union Suites, the latest concept lifestyle development from Symphony Life, developers of the exceptional real estate.

It was certainly a launch with a difference.

Ann Osman, Malaysia's first female MMA fighter, headlined the event and was joined by fighters Marco Tentori, Bow Suweilek, Raysaldo Biagtan, Alan Pond and Mohammed Bin Mahmoud. It is probably the first time a fight event heralded a property launch. Fans and potential investors were treated to sparring sessions and fight bouts on Saturday and Sunday.

Muay Thai and kickboxing have become very popular, and with typical Symphony Life foresight, the developers translated this into a key feature of Union Suites: a boxing ring. Unusual for projects of this calibre is also the availability of a futsal court.

A KNOCK-OUT INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITY Union Suites is a 42-storey SOHO in the heart of education land - Bandar Sunway, Selangor, where top universities are located. Occupying a 2.62-acre plot, Union Suites is slated for completion in 2021, and has a GDV of RM432 million.

Two showroom units gave prospective owners an opportunity to experience the compact, yet spacious layouts.

PRIME LOCATION Union Suites is strategically located, a stone's throw from Taylor's, Monash, and Sunway Universities and just down the street from the popular mall, Sunway Pyramid. Around the corner is Sunway Medical Centre Access to and from this development is via 6 major highways LDP, NPE, KESAS, NKVE, Federal Highway, ELITE highway and the LRT and the Sunway Bus Rapid Transport (BRT).

For immediate convenience, one can pop downstairs for the basic necessities such as dining, groceries, stationery, and the services of a clinic.

THE ONLY DEVELOPMENT WITH A BOXING RING Symphony Life pulled out all the stops with Union Suites which caters to an active lifestyle. Aside from the usual facilities, standard with developments of this class is two rather unusual offerings: a boxing ring and a futsal court. To keep the adrenaline pumping, a Sky Gymnasium - so named because of the incredible view one gets when pounding away on the treadmill 42 levels above ground.

Rounding out the list are a yoga deck, a Jacuzzi, a wading pool, a swimming pool indoor badminton courts, a multipurpose hall, the Sky Container Lounge, an arcade room, a par course, and the Sky Garden. Residents will have the assurance of a state-of-the-art 3-tier security system.

SIZED AND PRICED FOR ANY BUDGET There are 626 units with built-up areas that range between 463 and 1445 sq ft. The units are generally smaller in size but efficiently designed, as can be seen from the two (2) show units. 88% of the units are between 463 and 835 sq ft. The average price of each unit is about RM690,000.

Depending on your intended use and living arrangements, choose from these options: Studio, Simplex, Duplex, and dual key layouts. Every unit enjoys a North-South orientation and comes fully-fitted. So one just needs to move in with your clothes and a potted plant.

"Union Suites appeared to have resonated well with those who attended the event. It has always been our mission and vision to design and create living spaces that hit the mark on both aesthetics and functionality" says Stewart Tew, Chief Operating Officer.
