Ibraco Launches First Affordable Luxury Property

Ibraco Berhad, one of the leading township developers in Sarawak, has officially launched its first affordable luxury property development in West Malaysia, named Continew.

Located at a prime location in the Klang Valley, the project is a dynamic two-tower commercial-residential development, with an estimated Gross Development Value ("GDV”) of RM450 million. There has been ongoing piling work at the site since October 2016.

Continew is strategically located within close proximity to exciting locations and key attractions that the city centre has to offer, such as KLCC, Pavilion KL, Ikea Cheras, TRX and TREC KL, just to name a few.

Speaking at the property launch, Managing Director of Ibraco Berhad, Datuk Chew Chiaw Han shared, "We are excited to see that Ibraco's presence today has expanded into the Klang Valley as it can further widen our Company's market recognition and market share. The overall demand is picking up, hence we believe that there is always a strong demand for affordable residence, especially at prime locations". Continew has two towers of 52-storey and 47-storey blocks respectively, comprising residential units as well as retail and office space on a commercial podium. The project has a selection of 510 apartment suites from more than 20 layouts and built-up sizes ranging from 550 sq. ft. to 1200 sq. ft. to choose from, which is designed to serve a wide target group, from singles to newly married couples as well as families.

"Continew was conceived as an urban sanctuary to celebrate the concept of garden city living by creating a series of Sky Terraces and Gardens. The Sky Terrace and Gardens are intentionally created to incorporate landscape and communal spaces to maximise opportunities for interaction among residents. The Sky Terrace and Gardens are prominently articulated in the building façade to create a bold architectural statement in the city of Kuala Lumpur" Datuk Chew added.

Ibraco has a wide portfolio of property offerings ranging from Small Office Home Offices (SOHO) to condominiums and even townships with the total GDV of RM5.5 billion. Apart from Continew, Ibraco has recently launched Tabuan Tranquility Phase 3 Commercial & SOHO with an estimated GDV of RM242 million, built across 10 acres of land in Kuching, Sarawak.

In Bintulu, the Company also launched an 18-storey SOHO building with a commercial podium. Looking ahead, Ibraco will be launching the Northbank in Kuching, a 123-acre integrated development comprising commercial and residential units.
