Setia Ecohill is a mixed township development located in Semenyih, Selangor. It will have a gross development value of near RM4 billion by the established developer, SP Setia. There is currently no indication as to when would the development be complete.

Setia Ecohill is created with the intention being eco-friendly as the name suggests. The development aims to reduce carbon footprint by providing sustainability through good township planning and energy-saving houses through solar power and renewable energy. There are also plans to provide agricultural land nearby to supply the local township with fresh produce. 10% of the development has been reserved to be green zones, such as parks, pocket gardens to ensure long term sustainability.

SP Setia ensures that each residential "village" would be either gated or guarded, and every single home would be fitted with an alarm system. 24-hour security would patrol the township to give the residents peace of mind in their day to day business. Facilities within Setia Ecohill would be extensive, with many facilities for the residents to utilize at their pleasure. There would be an adventure park, badminton halls, basketball court, squash court, multi-purpose hall, and tennis court.

There would also be swimming pools, wading pools, steam bath and sauna, jacuzzi and fun pool. Out in the open there would be a reflexology path, a jogging track, a recreational lake, and a playground. For the indoors, there would be a reading room, cafe, fitness corner, gymnasium, and library. The development aims to create a conducive, sustainable and eco-friendly environment for families.

In terms of amenities, the nearest shopping complex is the Bangi Utama Shopping Complex located approximately 10 kilometers away. However, there are two Tescos in the vicinity, with one located right opposite the development. Eateries such as McDonalds, Pizza Hut and KFC could be found directly opposite the development too. For other amenities such as banks, one would have to travel to Semenyih town itself, roughly 3 kilometers away, where Public Bank, Hong Leong and several other banks have branches.
