In an exclusive event on the 7th, organised by BBCC Development Sdn Bhd here at Sabah International Convention Centre in Kota Kinabalu, Sabahans were given priority to three reserved floors of their upcoming development, SWNK Houze.

The event hosted 40 specially invited buyers who were served refreshments and offered a special discount as well as a waiver of the booking fee just for the night.
