The biggest property exhibition in East Malaysia is set to return by popular demand. The PH Expo Plus+ will be held at the Sabah International Convention Centre from 8 to 10 July and will see some of the best properties in the state showcased to potential investors and tourists. 

The PH Expo Plus+ will bring together more than 60 investment projects and is expected to bring in over 4,000 visitors over the three-day period. 

PH Expo Hybrid in April

The event, which was previously held at the PH Expo Hybrid in April, has seen some of the biggest names in the property industry from 26 property developers across the country come together to showcase some of their most impressive projects and developments, with some units going for as low as RM 155,000. 

One of the biggest draws of the PH Expo Plus+ is the exciting giveaways that are going on throughout the event. Over the three-day period, visitors will have the opportunity to take part in three giveaways such as a Register & Win, Visit & Win and Buy & Win Lucky Draw. 

Visitors can stand a chance to win some incredible prizes, including a chance to win vacations at five star resorts locally and internationally. This year, the expo will see a total of eight prizes being offered, including a 2 days 1 night stay in Bangkok.

Register & Win

The Pre-Register Lucky Draw is a special event that requires visitors to pre-register to enter. A total of ten visitors will have a chance at winning a buffet for two at Hyatt Regency Kinabalu. Participants are required to be present at the venue on the day of the draw. 

Visit & Win

Upon visiting PH Expo Plus+, visitors will be given a “boarding pass”. Visitors can then collect stamps on their pass from each booth they visit, and submit it at the exit. The more stamps collected, the higher the chance of winning a prize.

Visitors who purchase a property are automatically entitled to enter the Buy & Win contest. The contest requires visitors to purchase a property at the expo to be eligible to win. Three lucky winners of the contest will stand a chance to win RM1,200 cash each.
