Leading real estate agency, Property Hub (Sabah) Sdn Bhd has snagged the award for Sabah Real Estate Firm of the Year for the fourth time in a row, reports Borneo Post. 

The Malaysian Institute of Estate Agents (MIEA) hosted the National Real Estate Awards (NREA) virtual event last week to recognize the top real estate players of the industry in the country. The Sabah state branch presented the awards to Property Hub at Marriott Hotel Kota Kinabalu during the Firm’s 2021 Kickoff on January 6, 2021.

Besides winning the prestigious award four times in a row, Property Hub also produced a winner for the National Rookie Real Estate Negotiator of the Year in 2019 as well as six other MIEA award achievers in the past five years.

This string of achievements reflect the firm’s strong willpower in battling the wavering property market due to the Covid-19 pandemic, as the CEO and director of Property Hub, Enoch Khoo (pictured above with team by Borneo Post) said, “Despite last year’s uncertainties, we strive to thrive in 2021.”
