Award winning developer Gamuda Land today celebrated a new milestone of Bukit Bantayan Residences in Kota Kinabalu, the biggest mixed development for high-rise in Inanam which comprises of five residential apartment blocks Ebena Tower, Cemara Tower and Dilenia Tower and 2 future developments.
With Ebena Tower targeted for Occupation Certificate (OC) soon in October, Gamuda Land held a topping off ceremony for Cemara and Dilenia Towers, to celebrate the completion of the building structure. The developer also announced that 4 million safe man hours has been recorded and the high-rise development is not only on time for delivery but in fact, it’s Dilenia Tower is 6 months ahead of schedule.
Spreading across an 18-acre of breath-taking highland overlooking the South China Sea and a lush mountainous landscape, Bantayan Residences Phase 1 offers a total of 912 apartment units, 25 retail shop lots, wellness facilities and more.
The 25-storey 296-unit Ebena Tower will be ready this October while the 25-storey 296-unit Cemara Tower and the 27-storey 320-unit Dilenia Tower are targeted for OC in 2020. Phase 2 is also expected to launch next year.
Present at the topping off ceremony of Cemara and Dilenia towers were Dato’ Abdul Sahak bin Safi, Executive Director of Gamuda Land; senior management of Gamuda Land including Chief operating Officer Aw Sei Cheh and General Manager of Bukit Bantayan Residences Lim You Kuang; Representing Chief Minister YAB Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Mohd. Shafie bin Haji Apdal was Guest of Honor YB Datuk Hj Jaujan Bin Sambakong, Deputy Chief Minister cum Local Government and Housing Minister of Sabah; as well as consultants and contractors who were involved in the development of Bukit Bantayan Residences.
