Greenfield Residence, the latest benchmark for resort-style living in Bandar Sunway, held a ‘topping out’ ceremony at a private event

The topping-out ceremony, held at the summit of Greenfield Residence Tower A’s project site, was to commemorate the completion of the project’s structural framework. Present at the event were Zhang Jia Wei, Managing Director of Cicet Asia; Yin Shaoquan, Director of Cicet Asia; Chen Jun, Director of Cicet Asia; Tan Swee Ee, Project Director of Cicet Asia; Lee Hup Teong, Director of Sri Binaraya Sdn Bhd; Ar. Greenfield Residence is the flagship development of Cicet Asia Development Sdn. Bhd. (Cicet Asia), a multinational property developer. With a Gross Development Value of RM580 million, the project is set to fully complete in 2021.

Built to fulfil the Green Building Index (GBI), the sustainable development comprises 816 residential suites in three (3) high-rise towers and 23 lifestyle retail shops. Tower A is fully sold, while Tower B is 85% and Tower C, which was launched at the end of April 2019, has achieved a positive take-up rate.

Greenfield Residence, which has 48% lush greenery, is designed by one of BCI Asia’s top architects in Singapore. It features a 2-acre recreational garden with 34 facilities in 6 thematic themes.
