New Medical Centre for Green Square's Most Iconic Development

A new Medical Centre offering GP services to the local community is coming to Infinity by Crown Group at Green Square. Infinity Health Medical Centre Green Square will complement the exciting new retail and dining precinct, which will offer a choice of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and services. The stunning mixed-use development is nearing completion in the emerging heart of Sydney’s inner-south, with 326 luxury apartments and a 90-room boutique hotel.

Infinity Health Medical Centre Green Square offers quality care everyday to the diverse community of Green Square. Established to be Green Square's leading medical centre, the dedicated team of healthcare professionals are focused on enhancing General Health Practice experience with the convenience of Onsite Services including Allied Health, Physiotherapy and Pathology.

Crown Group has just confirmed a handful of new eateries including Nam2, part of a group which owns four restaurants in Sydney and Singapore, and will serve modern authentic Vietnamese food for diners or corporate events.

Popular bubble tea outlet Gong Cha, the fastest growing tea brand in Asia with over 600 stores will add to the list.

Residents are already moving into the sell-out Infinity by Crown Group, an iconic $575 million development that has become Sydney’s most sought-after place to live. The 20-storey building has captured the public’s attention with its iconic looped design by world-renowned Koichi Takada Architects, located on the corner of Botany Road and Bourke Street. The first 100 rental apartments released in May have been leased.

Crown Group’s COO of Development, Hotel and Retail, Pierre Abrahamse, said the new Infinity by Crown Group retail and dining precinct would generate a lively sense of community by creating a self-contained destination for people to eat out, buy groceries and take care of their health and wellbeing. The new medical centre would add a critical service to the new community.

“This will create a vibrant cultural hub at the heart of Green Square,” he said. “Residents will have the world at their doorstep, with the most exciting new foodie destination in Sydney offering a great place to mingle with neighbours and catch up with friends and family from all around. It will have everything you need in the one place, plus the benefit of direct access to Green Square train station, being just one stop from the city.”

The development forms part of the $13 billion Green Square transformation that will add a new metro station and aquatic centre to the suburb, in addition to the stunning Green Square library that opened last year, providing a beautiful co-working or study space.

The evolved Butcher and the Farmer concept is an expansion from their first restaurant, currently located at Tramsheds, Forest Lodge, which opened in 2016, and its latest venue at Meadowbank.

Butcher and the Farmer Brand Operations Manager - Specialising in Operations, Will Stewart said: “Butcher and the Farmer’s The Market Place has been created to service the community and be a social hub that our neighbours can rely on and escape to. Our mission was to target the fast-flowing environment of Green Square and the prestige of the Infinity by Crown Group building, the perfect fit in an ideal location. For us, familiar faces every day of the week are important. This will have the vibe of a bustling marketplace where people want to be a part of the activity.”

Butcher and the Farmer Brand Operations Manager – Specialising in Food, Steve Flood said, “We aim to offer a casual and diverse menu with specialised variety that can cover all times of the day, to please everyone. We'll be your coffee shop in the morning, your lunch stop, a bustling restaurant in the evening, a brunch spot on the weekend and an aperitivo bar whenever anyone calls for a spritz.”

The new Infinity by Crown Group precinct will offer a fun new Asian eat street running along Ebsworth Street (off Bourke Street) with all-day and evening dining, including outdoor terrace table service. This will be anchored by Makoto Japanese, a sit-down sashimi and bento restaurant by Masuya, and Bashan, serving Chinese soup noodle dishes, with noodles hand-made on-site and cooked to order, in a setting with beautiful interiors by Sydney designers Tom Mark Henry.

Another key attraction will be Miracle’s new flagship Asian supermarket and sake bar, with an existing Woolworths supermarket nearby. The Miracle store will have bespoke interiors designed by The Uncarved Block, who have created iconic spaces at Wagamama, The Galleries food quarter in Sydney and the Melbourne Central food quarter.

Sydney’s best coffee will also be on hand, with Social Society by Gabriel Coffee, conceptualised by Sydney coffee king and former barista champion Sam Gabrielian. There will also be a hairdresser, nail salon and dry cleaner.

Residents of Infinity by Crown Group will also have access to Crown Group’s signature resort-style facilities, which include a rooftop pool, rooftop gardens and a sky lounge with stunning views all the way to the city, as well as a spa, gym, music room with a baby-grand piano and a private cinema.
