Hospital Cyberjaya 2020

Scheduled for completion in 2020, the RM475 Million project aims to reduce congestion in  neighboring public hospitals.

It will be located in the Gem In Mall vicinity over 4.86 hectares of land and will be Green Building Index certified. 

Ensuring sustainability, the hospital boasts eco-design features, including optimal solar orientation and solar energy harvesting technology, that facilitate eco-friendly and energy-efficient operation. 

“The nine-storey hospital, which will span over 4.86 hectares of land, will also have an eight-storey car park with 965 parking bays,” said Cyberview Sdn Bhd Acting Managing Director, Mohd Najib Ibrahim.

Cyberjaya City Centre MRT Development

A mutual agreement has been signed on 3 April 2019 by Cyberjaya’s Tech Hub Enabler, Cyberview Sdn Bhd and Mass Rapid Transit Corporation (MRT Corp) to enable the construction of a Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station for the MRT Sungai Buloh-Serdang-Putrajaya (SSP) Line in the Cyberjaya City Center. 

This is the first agreement signed for a development under the Selangor State’s Public Infrastructure Oriented Development (PIOD) policy, introduced in 2017.

The agreement allows for the station and all related structures to be built on land owned by Cyberview without the need for land acquisition. 

“Connectivity is a significant element for successful cities today. We are confident that the MRT station located within Cyberjaya City Centre will address many of the future needs of the communities here and encourage social and economic opportunities and growth for Cyberjaya.

"The Co-Existence Development Model that we are embarking on with MRT Corp eliminates the need for costly acquisition and allows Cyberview to focus on building the city centre as a transit-oriented development (TOD), thereby maximizing its value and eventual offerings,” said Najib Ibrahim, Managing Director of Cyberview Sdn Bhd.

“Cyberjaya City Centre is one of our key initiatives in positioning Cyberjaya as the nucleus for MSC and a catalyst in driving forward the development of technology and innovation in Malaysia.

"However, our vision to build this innovation ecosystem in Cyberjaya cannot be accomplished single-handedly, it requires synergistic partnerships with our fellow industry players and partners to move forward and progress. We are thankful to MRT Corp for their hand in building this vision and we look forward to future opportunities together,” added Najib Ibrahim.

Other Upcoming Developments

8 upcoming developments are in the works, including 3 PR1MA projects, according to Henry Butcher Malaysia.

All three PR1MA developments (PR1MA Cyberjaya, PR1MA Cyberjaya 2 and PR1MA Lakefront) are priced around RM201 to RM400 psf, with built-ups starting at 850 sq ft. These developments are expected to be completed from 2019 to 2021.

The next tier (RM401 to RM600 psf) comprises Lakefront Residences (completion by 2020; 950 to 1,708 sq ft) and Aspire Residence (completion by 2020; 900 to 1,608sq ft). Kenswington Square Garden (completion by 2021; 450 to 815 sq ft), Edusphere @ Cyberjaya (completion by 2024; 450 to 790 sq ft) and Clique Cyberjaya (completion be 2019; 455 to 646 sq ft) are priced at RM601,000 to RM800,000 sq ft.

“Cyberjaya has come a long way since its official launch and has grown to be a sustainable township in and of itself. Now, there is no need to venture far to enjoy urban niceties, with most franchises establishing branches here,” it said.

Additionally, Semi-D luxury condominium, Lake Point Residence is set for completion at the end of 2021. It is a low density condominium boasting lake and lush landscaping scenery. Block 2 is open for sale whereas Block 1 is 97% sold.
