Property Hunter has launched its latest publication "Real Estate by Property Hunter" on 1 November 2018. This new-look book will be out in selected stores such as Pick & Pay, City Grocer, City Gourmet, CKS Grocer, Tong Hing Damai and Tong Hing Gaya Street.

Those looking to subscribe to this new publication will be able to do so online at the Property Hunter portal and even read it for free via the e-book version. Real Estate by Property Hunter will be distributed on a bi-yearly basis and will be on sale at RM18 per copy.

April 2018 saw the popular Property Hunter Magazine discontinued and shifted in its totality online as focus took to the digital sphere. Due to an unprecedented high demand and enquiries regarding an "offline" publication, Property Hunter went to work on a new vehicle to cater to the market and sought to make it better than the magazine.

The plan from the get-go, was to create a more compact and convenient product that will be easily absorbed by property veterans and newbies alike. The pages of Real Estate or "R.E." features condensed content with crafted designs to keep the readers engaged and entertained. Inside, the book covers a range of states in Malaysia, from Sabah to Johor, featuring some of the most prominent properties on the market.

Elson Kho, Director of Property Hunter says that this publication was made to be convenient for the readers. "We wanted to create a worthy successor to Property Hunter magazine which meant rethinking the whole process and bringing in some new ideas," Elson commented.

One of the key features of the magazine is how it will be supplemented with online content. Simply by scanning the QR codes at the end of every feature, readers will be able to get content from the book on their smart devices or computers. The bi-annual book is also bi-lingual with text in English and Chinese while a specially created proximity index will a broader idea of nearby amenities and features.
