Cluster Homes Launched in Johor Baru
Plenitude Tebrau Sdn Bhd has launched its HARP Taman Desa Tebrau double-storey cluster homes in Johor Baru.
HARP Taman Desa Tebrau is built on a 19.82ha plot of land located near shopping malls and highways.
Its sales and marketing manager, Edan Tan, said the high ground property was just 3km away from Ikea Tebrau and Aeon Tebrau shopping mall.
“It is very accessible as it is connected to the Pasir Gudang Highway, Tebrau Highway and Senai-Desaru Expressway.
“We want buyers to experience living at a place where they have the freedom to go anywhere in Johor Baru without having to worry about distance,” he said, adding that HARP Taman Desa Tebrau was about 18km away from Johor Baru city centre.
Tan said each unit comes with four bedrooms, five bathrooms and one utility room.
He added that the 344 units of freehold houses would be developed in three phases.
“The first phase of the project comprises 100 units, including 40 semi-D units, and handover is expected before September 2020.
“The second phase has 112 units and is expected to be launched by this December,” he said.
There are three house designs with prices ranging between RM1.12mil and RM1.22mil.
Tan said at least 60% of the international lots in the first phase had been sold on the first day of the launch.
In Selangor, Plenitude Permai Sdn Bhd has launched its Topaz two- and three-storey terrace homes at Taman Putra Prima in Puchong.
This 180ha development features a “linear garden” that offers a green lung surrounded by amenities.
To be completed over 18 phases, this township is close to the borders of Petaling and Sepang districts, with access to major highways and interchanges that link it to major hubs within the Klang Valley.
