While Australia's global city Sydney is among the world's most liveable, Crown Group Chairman and Group CEO Iwan Sunito said their vision is to draw up creative and innovative ideas in this globalized city to make it more liveable in the near future.
"Crown Group is taking initiatives to create an even more liveable Sydney, a great place and a lifestyle destination where people can live and enjoy their upgraded lives,” Mr Sunito said.
“We are driven to invest and shape the future of this growing city with Crown Group's signature urban design developments,” he added.
Crown Group has four major developments now underway, including Infinity by Crown Group in Green Square, a 25-storey residential tower Arc by Crown Group in the heart of Sydney, Waterfall by Crown Group in Waterloo and Eastlakes Live by Crown Group in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
“We are seeing increasingly more home buyers - not only Sydneysiders but also global purchasers – they are willing to pay more in their purchase for liveability, so they can live in Sydney - one of the best global cities and top five most liveable city,” Mr Sunito said.
“By bringing Crown Group's latest and most ambitious development Eastlakes Live to Sydney, we're setting the vision of future Sydney living and defining the future Sydney community.
“As the city of Sydney grows, Eastlakes Live is set to be the next ‘big thing' – the $1 billion development is right located in the most affordable suburb and in one of the world's best cities,” Mr Sunito stated.
Located only 6km from Sydney CBD, Eastlakes Live is designed by Sydney-based architects fjmt, this mix-used development aims to set a new standard for retail excellence with two major supermarkets with fresh food offerings reflecting the diversity of the neighbourhood, a restaurant promenade, street cafes, a medical centre, as well as densely-landscaped gardens and children's play areas.
