Sabah Housing and Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) will mark a historical milestone for the nation as the pioneers of conducting their PropEX talk series in hologram. The annual SHAREDA PropEX is set to take place on 19 - 21 October at Sabah Trade Centre.

Organizing Chairperson, Benny Ng, said this year's property talk series will be held on a stage similar to a cinema but with holographic technology involved.

The talks will see renowned speakers namely Dr Daniele Gambero who will be sharing on Malaysia Economy and Property Market Post GE14, Shereen Wong on Selling Properties in China, Miichael Yeoh on Who Says the Banks are Not Lending, Chris Tan on Mastering the Art of War in Property Investment and Richard Oon on Tax Essentials of Buying, Renting Out and Selling Properties.

"Visitors can expect to see the distinguished speakers appear life-sized before them in a cinema sort of setting, with free flow of popcorns served outside," said Ng, adding that the talk will be repeated during the 3-day event.

Themed "Smart Green State", the event will highlight several interesting attractions such as the 600sqft Urban Farm, KK Master Plan Model, 3D printing and real-time virtual reality, a new marketing gadget tool to view properties that are currently under construction.

Ng added that a 40-feet art and culture mural wall will be designed live on site by artists. There will also be a 60-feet tribute wall from SHAREDA, mapping its landscape in contributions and endeavours in shaping the housing and property development to complement the government in the growth of housing and property development in the State for the past four years.

Visitors can expect to see international exhibitors from Singapore, Brunei and China at the upcoming expo, apart from the local property developers.
