Featuring a luxuriously-appointed penthouse kitchen and bathroom and an architecturally-designed living room and bedroom, the Eastlakes Live display suite opened at 19a Evans Avenue, Eastlakes on Saturday 5th May.

Buyers have the chance to see for themselves the much-anticipated luxurious penthouse before apartment sales begin at the grand launch day on June 2.

Attracting interest from the property and design enthusiasts across Sydney, Crown Group's latest development Eastlakes Live was unveiled last Wednesday at an event attended by more than 1,300 people at The Star in Sydney.

The $1 billion development is designed by Sydney-based architects firm, Eastlakes Live aims to set a new standard for retail excellence with two major supermarkets with fresh food offerings reflecting the diversity of the neighbourhood, a restaurant promenade, street cafes, a medical centre, as well as densely-landscaped gardens and children's play areas.

A scale building model will also be exhibited at the display suite showing the unique design, water feature and landscape.
