Sri Moraine Sdn Bhd held an event to appreciate partners and suppliers on 12 February 2018 in conjunction with the Lunar New Year. It was held at their office located at the penthouse of Wisma Prudential. Guests were entertained with a special lion dance performance while they enjoyed food and drinks.
The event highlighted Sri Moraineâ€™s landed residential development project in Penampang, Vision Garden (Taman Wawasan Mahandoi). The project comprises 95 units of 3-storey and 2-storey terrace houses, located at a developing area within Penampang District, Kg. Mahandoi.
Highlighting some of the key selling points of the development, Victor Goh, Executive Director at Sri Moraine says that there is a big emphasis on quality and attention to detail. Such points that some may overlook include 12.3ft high ceilings, 200mm concrete slabs for the foundation, a multi-lock system window frame to improve security, more porch space for parking and wider gaps between houses, to name a few.
The development is now at 50% according to Victor with the first show unit set to complete by March 2018 and the first block expected to complete mid-2018. The project is on track to complete by the expected date of January 2019.
Buyers will also have the option to go for a unit with or without a balcony, a premeditated design intended for owners who would like more bedroom space instead of a balcony. Taman Wawasan Mahandoiâ€™s units have a built-up area ranging from 1,630sqft to 2,000sqft and starts at RM576,580. On top of the regular promo of free SPA and legal fees, RM15,000 rebate for blocks E,F and G with RM25,000 for block H, bumi buyers enjoying a 5% discount, Sri Moraine will also be launching its â€œbuyer for buyerâ€ initiative, offering RM20,000 to buyers who bring in other buyers. According to Victor, this is to encourage owners to attract family and friends to the community and create a quality neighbourhood.
