Mah Sing held a Jom Happy Hour @ Skybar in Sutera Avenue on Friday, 19 January 2018 to celebrate their maiden project in Kota Kinabalu with the purchasers. The team felt it was the perfect time to showcase the recently completed project.

Speaking to the purchasers at the Jom Happy Hour event, Chief Project Officer, William Ow also took the opportunity to introduce the second Qube Night Market at Sutera Avenue's main entrance parking lot.

"I encourage all of you to visit the event as there are more than 60 vendors that offer various types of street food, beverages, fashion clothing, arts and crafts and others" he said before adding that the first edition of the Qube Night Market was held in December 2017.
