Hap Seng to Build Roundabout to Ease Access to Kingfisher Inanam

Hap Seng held a sales appreciation event on Saturday, 20 January at their Kingfisher Inanam site. Deputy General Manager of Sales and Marketing (Sabah), Caroline Yong, was there to welcome the patrons.

"To date, our development has reached the 7th floor. It roughly takes our contactor 10 days to finish one floor" shares Caroline adding that the group has appointed China Borneo to help build this residential development.

Hap Seng has also made efforts to widen the junction which turns in to Kingfisher Inanam to ease the traffic flow and added streetlights to brighten the area. With the recently launched Pan Borneo Highway proposed very near the development, it'll enhance the multiple accessibilities to the site.

"We will be constructing a roundabout outside before you turn into the site. We have already received the approval for this and will start our works in June" she said.

With a great location and extensive facilities, Kingfisher Inanam comes at an affordable price from RM440 psf. It is a great investment opportunity and perfect for growing families. The popular condominium appeals to many first-time home buyers between the ages of 25-44.

Currently, Hap Seng is offering a low-down payment sales package with FREE SPA Legal Fees, FREE Loan Legal Fees and FREE Loan Disbursement Fees. With only a RM1,000 booking deposit, purchasers will be able to secure their preferred unit and stand a chance to win a brand-new Mercedes Benz CLA 200. Buyers who purchase a unit in Block A will be entitled to a RM7,000 furniture voucher.

"We always believe in completing our developments way ahead of schedule. That has always been our strengths. Come March 2018, we will be able to show you, our buyers, and potential buyers a glimpse of what the lobby would look like" said Caroline. Hap Seng is confident and hopeful that their Kingfisher Inanam project will complete by the end of 2018.
