Joyous Christmas Celebration for the Community at Bukit Bantayan Residences

In the spirit of warm Christmas, Gamuda Land held a Christmas celebration for residents and surrounding community today at Bukit Bantayan Residences. Visitors were treated to a host joyful performances such as Christmas Band, pop dance performances, Santa Claus appearances on top of a delectable Christmas spread.

"As a town-maker, Gamuda Land creates places where people know one another, live and play together and more importantly, look out for one another," says Ir Cheo Yuan Ping, General Manager of Bukit Bantayan Residences.

Cheo added that it is a norm for the group to host their communities during festive seasons. He also believes that such get together serve as a platform for neighbours to come together and have a chance to get to know each other.

Visitors were presented with the opportunity to be amongst the first few to experience lifestyle at Bukit Bantayan Residences. Retail tenants of the Village Square showcased their services spanning across beauty and wellness, F&B, cleaning services, pre-school, convenience outlet and marketplace amongst many others.

Visitors were also introduced to the Gamuda Land Residence Management App. It is the first of its kind in Kota Kinabalu to be introduced. The application is designed to add value and convenience to the residents when it comes to managing various aspects of amenities and community living. Through the app, residents can opt for a variety of functions such as pre-registration of visitors, common facilities detect reporting, booking of common facilities, community chat and panic button.

To further spread the Christmas joy, Bukit Bantayan Residences presented gifts of food items, provisions, non-perishable items as well as Christmas presents to the children from the Sabah Cheshire Home and Care Haven Children's Home as part of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative to contribute back to the community.
