SHAREDA will be organizing PROPEX 2017 at Sabah Trade Centre on from 28th September - 1st October. The exhibition will be graced by none other than the Chief Minister of Sabah, Tan Sri Datuk Seri Panglima Musa Haji Aman

The opening ceremony will be held on the 28th of September at 1:30PM, followed by a series of speeches from the guests of honours before the touring of the exhibition booths.

Based on the yearly statistics of PROPEX, properties available in the year 2016 nationally is around 10,657 units and the value is estimated to be RM10.758 billion. Although the number of units for sale has dropped in 2016 by 37%, the transacted amount is at its second highest since 2008.

PROPEX 2017 will see major developers, namely, Hap Seng Properties Sdn Bhd, Kinsabina Sdn Bhd, Grand Merdeka Development, WMG Holdings, Jesselton Quay Properties Sdn Bhd and more come out to play to entice avid investors during the four-day exhibition. Relax Coffee will be providing refreshments whilst DiGi will also participate in this year's PROPEX.

Visitors will also be welcomed by speeches from the Organising Chairlady cum SHAREDA Treasurer-General, Ms Kah Gen Foh and SHAREDA's President, Mr Chew Sang Hai and a keynote address by the Chief Minister himself.

At PROPEX 2017, you will also get a chance to listen to PropertyGuru's Mr Colin Tan on real estate investment; the secrets that guarantee success. Other speakers include Vice President II of Malaysia Shopping Mall Association, Ir. YL Lum and Dr Daniele Gambero of REI Group, who will be sharing on managing mixed developments; lessons from Peninsular and the propenomy model to smart investment, respectively.

Day 2 of PROPEX will see the return of the BLT boys, with Mr Chris Tan of Chur Associates sharing on what can you do with your properties in these tough times. Mr Richard Oon, National Tax Director of TY Teoh International will share on the tax essentials of property investment and to end the second day, Mr Miichael Yeoh of GM Training Academy PLT will share with us on the steps of getting your loan approved.

PROPEX 2017 will take place on 28th September - 1st October at Sabah Trade Centre. This four-day free event will be open to the public from 10 am - 8 pm.
