SP Setia has officially obtained their OC (Occupancy Certificate) for the Commercial Square of Aeropod @ Tanjung Aru. They announced this on 24 August through their social media pages. This marks another milestone for the developer towards creating a hub for the city.

SP Setia will also be hosting an open day for the public on 27 August from 11am to 6pm at Level 3, Podium Area, Aeropod Commercial Square. The event will feature Malaysia fusian delights, a giant jenga tower, snook-ball and exciting workshops. There is also a chance to win tickets to Dinner in the Sky by joining in on their Post2Win contest where people will take photos of the property and upload to the pictures to your Facebook account. The best post will win 2 tickets to the exclusive Dinner in the Sky.

Aeropod is a 60-acre integrated development, featuring commercial units, SOVOs, residential towers, hotels, a lifestyle shopping mall and Tanjung Aru Railway.
