Chief Minister Datuk Amar Abang Johari Tun Openg received a courtesy call from a delegation representing TH Properties Sdn Bhd and TH Plantations Bhd at Wisma Bapa Malaysia on Thursday, June 15.

Chairman of TH Properties Sdn Bhd Datuk Azizan Abd Rahman headed the delegation and was accompanied by TH Plantations Bhd CEO Datuk Seri Zainal Azwar Aminuddin and Plantation Controller (Sarawak) Datuk Abd Rashid Sahibjan.

The purpose of the visit was to inform the chief minister about the current status of their development projects such as the Haji Complex dan Sarawak TH Hotel apart from plantation projects in the state.

Haji Complex dan Sarawak TH Hotel is expected to be completed late this year or by February next year (2018) at the latest.

Strategically located opposite Kuching International Airport, this iconic building will welcome visitors and tourists as well as Sarawakians returning from abroad. It is Syariah-compliant, has 237 rooms and features a range of facilities including an indoor swimming pool exclusively for women.

Recently, this complex won the Asia Pacific Award 2017 for hotel development.
