RM1,000 Deposit to Secure Unit at Kingfisher Putatan

Putatan is a town and a suburb of Kota Kinabalu in the state of Sabah, Malaysia as well as the main secondary town in the district of Penampang. It is located within the district of Penampang on the West Coast Division which was in turn, a satellite town of the city of Kota Kinabalu together with neighbouring Petagas town. Putatan railway station is one of the stops for Sabah State Railway.

In his opening speech at Hap Seng's Kingfisher Putatan roof-topping ceremony on Saturday (May 13), Deputy Chief Minister cum Petagas Assemblyman Datuk Seri Yahya Hussin, said he is looking forward to cooperating with Hap Seng and other developers to continue developing Putatan, bringing prosperity and pushing Putatan to the next level and making the district a landmark not only to the community but to the whole of Kota Kinabalu.

"We are very happy and proud for Hap Seng to come in and develop Putatan. Being the first condominium in the district, it has provided the community affordable choice with the luxury of sea view residence within the area," he said.

With an unbelievable deposit of RM1,000 buyers will be able to secure and book their unit, hassle free. Buyers will also have their SPA and loan legal fees absorbed by Hap Seng.

During the event, Hap Seng also contributed RM2,000 each to the three schools in the district namely SK Tombovo, SK Tansau and SMK Tansau.
