KUALA LUMPUR: Presented by Sunsuria Berhad, Sunsuria Foodiethon crossover Running with Stars organized by Jazzy Group gives Malaysians the trifecta of entertainment, sports and food that saw 3,500 participants flocked to Sunsuria City Celebration Centre, Putrajaya South on Sunday.
No stranger to Malaysians with its second instalment of Sunsuria Foodiethon, runners enjoyed the fun run of 5KM & 7KM within the township of Sunsuria City and cross the finishing line with 30 scrumptious food trucks lined up. Not only participants ran alongside their favourite international and local celebrities, RM5 from each registration fee was also donated to Little Yellow Flower Education Foundation. The combined donation from the registration fees and contribution by Sunsuria Berhad totaled to RM30,000 presented by Datuk Ter Leong Yap, Executive Chairman of Sunsuria Berhad.
This year the event saw Hong Kong's TVB stars Rosina Lam, Joel Chan and Mandy Wong alongside local celebrities Aisha Ilias, Nasha Aziz, Joanne Yew and Sazzy Falak sweating it out with participants at the run.
