Juste Land International will hold a roadshow on townhouse and apartment investments in Perth, Australia this weekend (May 6-7) at Hilton Kuching from 10am to 6pm.

The well-known Australian property expert is collaborating with international property developer Frasers Property in response to enquiries from would-be investors/owner occupiers in East Malaysia.

A press statement said Perth is an attractive place to both live in and invest, with a mix of attractive pricing, strong rental yields, and a stable and growing economy.

Juste Land International sales director Jeff Khoo said Perth has been insulated from the global financial crisis and due to its shortage of labour, has the lowest unemployment of all capital cities in Australia.

"This is having a direct impact on the property market" he said.

Juste Land principal Datin Julie Chong said Perth property prices are tipped to grow greater than 12 percent by 2018 and Perth has the tightest rental market of any Australian capital city.

"Stocks are limited and we have even received a number of pre-sales orders before coming to Sarawak and Sabah, which is an indication of how popular Perth is proving to be amongst East Malaysians" she said.
