With the success of the PH Expo in Kota Kinabalu in March, the Property Hunter team will hold their next second event in Yu Yuan Secondary School, Sandakan on 28th to 30th April.

"When comes to our expo or events, visitors will no longer need to fill in their details for registration during event days. They can easily log in to the PH Mobile App and scan their personal QR code, and they can skip the queue" said director of Maxx Media, Mr. Elson Kho.

Kho also added that there will be a casual coffee sharing with two real-life investors who will be sharing their investment tips and journeys over cups of coffee. Speaking at this year's PH Expo will be Sabahan Kenny Wong and YK Hwong of Property Kid.

Kho also revealed that there will be 15 developers participating at the expo, displaying 20 projects in the East Malaysia and Peninsula markets available for buyers to choose from.

"Take the opportunity to attend the event, whether you are looking for your first home or for future investment" he added.

According to Kho, the new layout for the expo has been improved to bring more excitement to the visitors.

Other highlights of the event will see free legal and tax consultations from reputable companies and a designated mobile charging zone.
