In a follow-up press statement issued by Datuk Sr. Chua Soon Ping, the Hon. Secretary-General of Sabah Housing And Real Estate Developers Association (SHAREDA) unveiled the full list of candidates nominated into the office for the next term of office-bearers in SHAREDA Council 2017-2019 at the forthcoming 24th Annual General Meeting on 25th March 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at SHAREDA Mini Auditorium, 3rd Floor, Beverly Hills Plaza, Jalan Bundusan, Kota Kinabalu, namely:-

Datuk Goh Fah Shun shall remain as the immediate past President for the member of the Council ~ Clause 9 (2), Rules & Constitution of SHAREDA

Majority of the new line-up of office bearers derived from the present council in office who are confident to step-up to fill the executive posts, taking more responsibilities and committed to serve the Association and its objectives. As aspired and inspired by the incumbent SHAREDA President Datuk Francis who advocated his mission statement of 6R - Restructure, Re-image, Restore, Reviews, Rejuvenate and Respect from the beginning of his first term office in 2013, that under his dynamic leadership together with his cohesive team have successfully rebranded SHAREDA as a professional body with greater responsibility to assist the government in building more affordable home for the nation and to ensure that its members produce quality and timely delivery of development products to the house buyers.

Datuk Chua commended that such legacy is commendable and exemplary to be emulated and continue by the new team to soar for greater success in achieving the goals for the betterment and growth of the housing and real estate property sector in the state and nationwide. Also, I am confident that the next cohesive team of professionals and experienced caliber members under the new president will deliver and accomplish where the former administration has left off. Kudos and tribute to the dynamic leadership under the incumbent President Datuk Francis Goh, the incumbent Immediate Past President Datuk Susan Wong Siew Guen and the present cohesive team for the achievements attained that uplifted the status of the Association today. Lastly, SHAREDA urge all members to attend the forthcoming AGM in full force with a huge turnout in numbers.
