EcoFirst Consolidated Bhd kicked off its highly anticipated RM5 billion Ampang Ukay mixed-development in Ulu Klang with the launch of its Phase One, Liberty Arc @ Ampang Ukay on Friday, March 3.
Some 400 business partners, bankers, employees and purchasers attended the colourful launch event themed "Urban Living and Modern Lifestyle†in line with the design concept of Liberty Arc.
With a GDV of RM606.8 Million, Liberty Arc @ Ampang Ukay comprises three towers of 1,632 residential SoHo units and 32 retail units. Keeping to its theme of modern urban living, it offers compact fully furnished units each measuring 450 sqf in size.

During the official launch, guests were presented with a special property talk by Ishmael Ho, Chief Executive Officer of Ho Chin Soon Research who shared his expertise on the prospects of Ampang Ukay in view of current property scene in Malaysia.
