Kinsabina launched its latest project, the Triconic Tower, in Penampang on Feb 25-26.

A discount of RM3,000 was given to first-time house buyers while a buyer who refers another buyer will get RM2,000 as a referral fee.

With 768 units planned for the condominium project, the developer has set its eyes on a contemporary, innovative and comfortable design to suit the needs of urban dwellers.

Kinsabina Chief Executive Officer Datuk Francis Goh said he understood the need of buyers and hence, will continue to build more condominiums to meet the ever-changing demands of the consumers.

The 19-storey condo units are sized at 1,000 sq ft and 1,200 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms alongside upscale facilities.

Triconic Tower also comprises three levels of car parking lots provided for the residents within the curtilage of the property.

Triconic will also be equipped with a gymnasium, steam and sauna rooms, changing rooms, jacuzzi pools and outdoor table tennis area, a separate steam and sauna rooms.

A tuition centre and a convenience store, function hall, indoor game room, reading lounge and children's playroom are also included.
