Kinsabina Launches Triconic Tower

Kinsabina launched its latest project, the Triconic Tower, in Penampang on Feb 25-26.




A discount of RM3,000 was given to first-time house buyers while a buyer who refers another buyer will get RM2,000 as a referral fee.



With 768 units planned for the condominium project, the developer has set its eyes on a contemporary, innovative and comfortable design to suit the needs of urban dwellers.



Kinsabina Chief Executive Officer Datuk Francis Goh said he understood the need of buyers and hence, will continue to build more condominiums to meet the ever-changing demands of the consumers.



"The company's strategy is to target shifting consumer behaviour and purchasing patterns with a complementary mix of grocery stores, eateries, health and wellness, education hubs and entertainment for the consumers' convenience.



"We want to create a single environment where one can experience the very best from a jacuzzi pool to a gym under one roof. It's about convenience in a livable community," he said.



All units are designed to capture and maximise the surrounding views. The three blocks will have a swimming pool, a children's playground, badminton court, basketball court, courtyard garden and a pond with gazebo.



The 19-storey condo units are sized at 1,000 sq ft and 1,200 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms alongside upscale facilities.



Triconic Tower also comprises three levels of car parking lots provided for the residents within the curtilage of the property.



Triconic will also be equipped with a gymnasium, steam and sauna rooms, changing rooms, jacuzzi pools and outdoor table tennis area, a separate steam and sauna rooms.



A tuition centre and a convenience store, function hall, indoor game room, reading lounge and children's playroom are also included.



"The tenant will have the privilege of a 'ready' bathroom to move into with full set of bathroom cabinets, fittings and appliances.



"We will be using the Total Bathroom Solution which surpasses traditional bathrooms whereby this solution emphasises on safety and comfort in the bathroom with features like anti-slip tiles, seamless material for easy cleaning utilising the lotus-leaf-inspired bionic surface technology, quick drying materials and functional usage of space," he said.
