The biggest property exhibition in East Malaysia - PH Expo will see new features and new collaborations from reputable establishments.

This year, the Property Hunter team has collaborated with Uber to give visitors 2 free rides, worth RM5 each on 3rd - 5th March. The promotion code "PHEXPO” is only valid for rides starting or ending at Sabah Trade Centre during the event days.

To make their flagship PH Expo more interesting and engaging, the team launched a mobile app to make searching, selling, buying, or renting a house easier. Visitors can now skip the registration queue by scanning their personal QR Code on the PH Mobile App.

Speaking at this year's PH Expo will be two real-life Sabahan investors, Kenny Wong and YK Hwong, who will be sharing their investment journeys, experience and tips over cups of coffee.

Other highlights of the event will see free legal and tax consultations from reputable companies, a designated mobile charging zone and food and beverages served by Adelphi & Co.

Director of Maxx Media, Mr Elson Kho, revealed that the new layout for the expo has been improved to bring more excitement to the visitors.

"We are introducing a new concept this year. We're trying to create a 4-in-1 stop shop where potential buyers would first attend the coffee session to listen to our speakers, then make their way to inquire with our panel banks before receiving the legal and tax consultations”, said Kho.

Representatives from a local reputable legal firm will be available to give free consultations such as easement disputes, foreclosures, injuries, property taxes, property deeds, real estate warranties, different types of mortgages, insurance, and issues related to buying and selling real estate during the event days.

Investors are also welcomed to get one-on-one answers with an experienced tax expert, G&A, at PH Expo. The experts will be there to guide and ensure that your taxes are done right. They know the latest laws and rules and can answer questions and offer advice and money-saving tax strategies, such as effectively timing the sale of various assets, taking advantage of all available deductions and credits, and much more.

Representatives from CIMB Bank, Maybank and Hong Leong Bank will also be present at the expo, providing loan and financing consultations to the public. The bankers will be able to guide potential investors on their mortgage, assist with financial planning and more.

Making their debut at PH Expo KK are Guocoland Property Management Pte Ltd Singapore (Sims Urban Oasis), Tan & Tan Developments (Stonor 3), CB Land (The Greens @ Subang West), WOW Land Sdn Bhd (Idaman Residence) and SkyWorld Development Group (SkyLuxe and SkyArena).

Visitors will be able to get the latest and first-hand information of the recent projects happening in the area and will be treated to some exclusive discounts that are only available during the event.

For seasoned investors who wish to explore properties overseas will have the chance to get a closer look at the two latest developments in Australia and Singapore respectively.
