Datin Seri Panglima Chen Si Mui, mother of WSG Group Managing Director Datuk Susan Wong presents a RM50,000 donation to Papar Middle School, during the launch of Benoni Commercial Centre Phase 3 in Papar on Sunday (Feb 12).

WSG Group launched the third phase of their 45-acre mixed development which is situated along the Pan Borneo Highway.

The official launching was officiated by YB Datuk Johnny Mositun, Deputy Speaker of the State Legislative Assembly of Sabah.

Phase 3 consists of 56 units of 3-storey shop lots. The Group also took the opportunity to hand over the keys to the Phase 1 buyers during the official launching. G-Mart

Apart from the commercial shop lots, the overall development includes Benoni Residences, a 13-storey residential building that houses 208 apartment units.

Visitors who attended the launching was entertained with a 400feet dragon dance and a series of lion dance performances.
