Despite being an iconic landmark in Kota Kinabalu for a year now, many still do not know that Plaza Shell is more than just a modern office building, but also a one-stop centre for food and beverages, said Deputy Regional Director (East Malaysia) of Hap Seng Consolidated Berhad, Joanne Wendy Chung.

Speaking at the Hap Seng Chinese New Year celebration on Friday (February 3rd), she said that the building also boasts a dazzling three levels of retail podiums, featuring a wide variety of dining and retail stores besides the presence of famous companies such as Shell.

Joanne also added that Sugar bun is in the process of moving into Plaza Shell.

"The Sugar Bun outlet is in the middle of its renovation and I expect them to start by April this year" she said.

On another note, Hap Seng Berhad will be launching Phase 2 of their Kingfisher Inanam development this year.

Registration for Phase 2 is now open and avid investors are welcome to register their interest with the Group.

Kingfisher Inanam Phase 2 will have a total of 245 units. The whole project features a 3-tower condominium project located along Jalan Kiansom and will have a total of 739 condominium units, varying from the regular 865 sq. ft to a spacious 1,160 sq. ft.
