Jesselton Residences is an iconic building in Kota Kinabalu, adding to the skyline of the CBD.

Jesselton Residences developed by Palikota Sdn Bhd, under the flagship of Jesselton Waterfront Holdings Sdn Bhd, headed by Tan Sri Datuk David Chu, the group's chairman.

Vinci Construction Grands Projects Sdn Bhd, the world's largest construction company was appointed as the main contractor for this development project. The company is a wholly owned subsidiary company under Vinci, a French concessions and construction company.

In Malaysia, Vinci Construction Grands Projects has undertaken prominent flagship projects in Kuala Lumpur including the Berjaya Times Square, Berjaya Central Park, Ritz Carlton Residences, Menara Hap Seng (Kota Kinabalu) and offices for Bangkok Bank.

The waterfront mixed development consists of 333 condominium units and three levels of high-end premium mall with 123 boutique retails lots in total.

Soaring at 28 storeys high, the basement, ground and first floors open up as a premium boutique lifestyle mall, whilst the second and sixth floors serve as an exclusive car park areas for residents.

Set along the water edge in Kota Kinabalu, Jesselton Residences will be the tallest building in the city with a haven of intimate lifestyle, breathtaking panoramic views of the islands and sea.

Leasing for the malls have begun, with several leading international food and beverage outlets confirmed to open there.
