In conjunction with Chinese New Year 2017, the subsidiary company of EH Group, North Borneo Land Avenue Sdn Bhd launched their SkyVue Residence project at their sales gallery on Saturday (January 21).

The official launching was officiated by Penampang District Land Officer Puan Lovita Koisun.

Among the highlights of the event include the Chinese New Year iconic lion dance performances and the wheel of fortune. The wheel of fortune is opened to those who have registered their interest in purchasing a SkyVue Residence unit. The sum of money which you "win" acts as a rebate for the unit.

Since the group launched their sales gallery in February 2016, they've seen a take-up rate of more than 60% for their units.
