SCP may not be as well-known as larger property developers, but this relatively new company is certainly making waves by launching numerous projects in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
SCP stands for "Systematic Corporate Parking†and the company is one of the leaders in parking-bay management.
It currently owns and manages 12,000 car parking bays in locations such as Phileo Damansara 2, Megan Avenue on Jalan Yap Kwan Seng and USJ Taipan, among others. It also manages about 30,000 bays in other locations.
Apart from this, the company is also quickly establishing itself as a major player in the property front.
Since its inception in 2011, SCP Group's property development arm, SCP Property Services Sdn Bhd, has developed six projects including Dataran Wangsa and Damaisari in Wangsa Maju, Plaza Azalea in Shah Alam, Lido Residency in Kuala Lumpur, Inanam Capital and Ashton Tower in Kota Kinabalu.
Despite being new to the property market, SCP Group already has an annual turnover of RM200 million. This is mainly due to the experience of the founders and directors of the company who have more than 30 years of industry knowledge.
Recently, the company embarked on another project, with the launch of Seasons Garden Residences in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur – a six-acre mixed development project.
With a customer-focused attitude towards construction and development of its properties, the new development will see the construction of 40 shop units and 1,502 units of serviced apartments over four main blocks in Seksyen 10, Wangsa Maju.
Located just 1.5km away from the nearest LRT station, Seasons Garden Residences is accessible via Duta-Ulu Kelang Expressway (Duke), Ampang-Kuala Lumpur Elevated Highway (Akleh), Middle Ring Road 2 (MRR2), Jalan Jelatek and Jalan Setiawangsa.
Ideal for young families and first-home buyers, Seasons Garden Residences will be completed within the next three years and the entire development will minimise energy consumption.
With prices starting from RM379,000, Seasons Garden Residences has four different models for home buyers to choose from.
Sizes range from 770sq ft up to 900sq ft, with maintenance fee starting from an estimated RM0.18 per sq ft (including sinking fund).
One unique feature that separates Seasons Garden Residences from other developments is its multi-level carpark that is strategically built to ensure easy access for all residents. Each level of basement carpark has its own entry and exit.
Other amenities include a 3-tier security with access card system and extensive CCTV surveillance, 10-ft ceilings and four lifts.
A serene central park for communal use that includes two swimming pools, a yoga deck and children's play area is also available for residents.
