SCP may not be as well-known as larger property developers, but this relatively new company is certainly making waves by launching numerous projects in Kuala Lumpur and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

SCP stands for "Systematic Corporate Parking” and the company is one of the leaders in parking-bay management.

It currently owns and manages 12,000 car parking bays in locations such as Phileo Damansara 2, Megan Avenue on Jalan Yap Kwan Seng and USJ Taipan, among others. It also manages about 30,000 bays in other locations.

Recently, the company embarked on another project, with the launch of Seasons Garden Residences in Wangsa Maju, Kuala Lumpur - a six-acre mixed development project.
