As property prices keep on soaring over the years, rentals increase is inevitable.
Many businesses will be unsustainable and certain business operations will change. 
We think food trucks will be more and more common as rentals go higher.
Another consequent will be more and more unutilised residential properties which will likely to be turned into Air BnB properties?  What are the design considerations suitable for Air BnB?  Is it legal? 
Those are some of the topics which will be the subject of interest in the upcoming event
