Property Hunter is the largest property media network in East Malaysia and is wholly owned by Maxx Media (S) Sdn Bhd. The company focuses solely on the property industry, its bi-monthly publication (Property Hunter Magazine), an interactive property web portal (www.PropertyHunter.com.my) and mobile (PH App) where the public can search for the latest properties available on the market, trending news and upcoming events in East Malaysia.

Property Hunter published its first magazine which hit newsstands in Sabah on the 1st of January 2012, and subsequently organized the inaugural edition of PIHex – Property Investment and Home Expo - which was held in Kota Kinabalu, Tawau, and Sandakan in the same year.

Property Hunter also organizes a large-scale, annual exhibition series tour - known as ‘Property Hunter Expo’ - that travels to major cities across East Malaysia, namely Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Tawau, Kuching, Sibu and Miri; solo private events which showcase premium properties to a highlytargeted audience and PIHex which is a mid-scaled property exhibition series.

In 2013, PIHex was then rebranded to “PH Expo” (Property Hunter Expo) and is known as the largest property exhibition series in East Malaysia. 2014 was the year when Property Hunter truly expanded and began organizing solo private events for developers, covering all cities and towns in East Malaysia. In times of economic challenges faced by developers in 2015, Property Hunter had reintroduced PIHex to create more marketing platforms for developers to market their products. PIHex was brought back to cater to the demand of the mid-sized property exhibition segment which covers all major cities and rural towns in Sabah and Sarawak.
